Chasing New Heights & Sharing the Way.

Real stories, pursuing new grounds, and and sharing the practical details to help you find your next summit.

Hi, I’m Kristie. I have a massive passion for the mountains, long trails, and the open air. Whether I’m training for a long run, heading up a steep alpine route, or exploring a new corner of the world, I’m always chasing that next horizon.

The Beta Woman is my space to share those journeys with you—the beautiful views, the tough miles, and everything in between. But more than just sharing my stories, I want to give you the practical breakdowns, route details, and honest gear experiences I’ve gathered along the way, so you can step out onto your next adventure with confidence.

Here are some adventure highlights
